payments

Patients are responsible for payment of services Burrows Vision Clinic has provided to them.  We are Vision Service Plan (VSP) providers.  We are Medicare participating providers which means we accept payment on any fees for services Medicare approves once your deductible has been met.  The balance of approved charges not met by your supplemental insurance is your responsibility. We accept Nebraska Medicaid patients.

We will assist you in billing any insurance plan you may have that covers vision care.  Our policy on ordering materials is a deposit of 1/2 down to start the order.  The balance is due on delivery of the product.  We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
