Burrows Vision Clinic cares for patients of all ages beginning with
pre-school children. Certain eye conditions are best treated if
detected early on. Children do not know how well they are
supposed to see, so only a professional examination can rule out
visual difficulties.
Reading in school and learning is dependent on good vision.
In the early years, 80% of what is learned is through visual
processing. An annual examination is recommended for school age
children.
Doctors Tim and Greg Burrows are willing to take time to explain
your child's visual condition and discuss treatment options.
Burrows Vision Clinic participates in the "See to Learn" program
for 3 and 4 year olds. See to Learn is a program sponsored by
the Eye Care Council. The council consists of optometrists
dedicated to improving and preserving vision through public education.
Since the council wad formed in 1991, there are optometrists in many
states who participate. These doctors do eye health and vision
assessments for 3 and 4 year old children at no charge. For more
